Kanoodle's Unique Ordering Process that Protects Your Privacy
We've worked hard to create a safe and secure online shopping experience where you privacy is always our number one priority. From the opaque wrapping of our naughty but nice products, the discreet addressing of your parcel, to not even requiring an email address to place an order online, you privacy is assured.
We understand our customers may be wary of others discovering a purchase. However while Kanoodle takes every precaution to protect your identity and purchases from order placement to delivery, there are some things we don't control. Primarily, the computer you use and contact name you provide. But there are some simple steps you can take to make your online ordering even more private.
To further protect your privacy, you may wish to use an alias, nickname or alternate contact name for your order. Just remember that your credit card payment details MUST match your card for legal reasons. However you can rest assured that none of this information is stored on Kanoodle's servers or used in delivery of your parcel. We do need a name for addressing your parcel, whatever it is, to meet with our own criteria for after-sales support, and to meet requirements for Australia Post and other carriers.
No Email Address Required for Ordering
To keep your order with Kanoodle as discreet as possible, we've even made providing an email address with your order optional!
When you are placing an order and you are asked to provide your details required for order processing, we only request the bare minimum necessary to fulfill your order. This mean you will have the choice of provide an Email Address OR Phone Number as a point of contact for your order. Although we do not normally contact you after placing an order, a point of contact is required in the even of any delivery or order fulfillment matters (eg, if your parcel is addressed wrong, or there is a problem with delivery).
Furthermore, even if you do supply an email address, you still choose your own level of privacy at the checkout by confirming if you wish to receive an order confirmation email, and a dispatch notice (with a parcel tracking code).
As for your computer, you may already know that every website you go to leaves some data to your computer. This data can include anything from web pages to images to 'cookies' that keep a track of you by unique ID (so we know whose shopping cart belongs to who when 20 people visit us at once). This data is left on your computer for an indefinite amount of time and remains accessible to someone with good computer knowledge.
If you're on a shared computer or are worried that these 'cache' files may be discovered accidentally or deliberately, you can take steps to clear them from your computer and/or ensure that they aren't made in the first place:
Kanoodle recommends browsing using Google Chrome's Incognito mode. This puts the Chrome web browser into new window identifiable by the secret agent icon in the top left corner. Any activity in this new window is not recorded for that session - once you close the window the computer forgets everything you did, and removes all trace of your visit. Rest assured we still have your order if you placed one! It's as easy as pressing "Ctrl+Shift+N" in Chrome.
If you've already visited us in a standard window or another browser; fret not! Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer all make it easy to delete your recent history.
Chrome is a two-step process: View your history with the "Ctrl+H" shortcut, choose "Edit items..." at the top right, check the boxes next to anything which says Kanoodle and press the "Remove Selected Items" button at the top of the list. Say OK to the box that pops up, and now press the "Clear all browsing data..." button. Done!
Firefox works this way: press "Ctrl+Shift+Del" to access the Clear Recent History screen. Choose the appropriate time frame from the drop-down and hit OK!
Internet Explorer is also this easy: press "Ctrl+Shift+Del" to bring up the Delete Browsing History screen. Select the things you want to remove (default is fine) and hit Delete!
Note: These steps may remove additional browsing data not related to Kanoodle from your computer, prompting it to forget passwords and automatic logins you have set up previously. Also, while following these steps is a fairly safe practice, Kanoodle cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the above instructions, nor are we responsible for the use or misuse of any browsing history which may remain on your computer despite following the above instructions.

In fact, we don't even see your payment details or keep them on file - we use industry-leading payment gateway merchants who have direct access to banking and finance providers to deal with instant payment methods like Credit Card transactions. This means that nobody can gain access to your personal information without prior security approval, and even if they do, they can't tie that data to your payment information or your order contents - it's a robust double-blind method to provide you with a safe environment for purchasing adult products, whilst still providing us with the resources we need to provide after sales support.

Delivery & Shipping Information
Kanoodle aims for first-time delivery with our flat-rate express service that covers all business, residential and PO Box addresses Australia wide. Metro areas benefit from a next-business-day delivery guarantee provided by Australia Post.
Kanoodle aims to process all orders the SAME DAY, which are finalised (including cleared payment) before 1pm AEST QLD Time business days. Dispatch notifications, including tracking numbers, are provided as-is, and are not a guarantee of delivery as delays may occur outside of our control.
Particularly large orders or bulky items not suited to Australia Post Express satchels may need to be sent either by: multiple satchels, registered post or a third-party courier. In these cases NO additional shipping costs will be change to you, and we will maintain our stringent levels of privacy protection wherever possible. Rest assured we will get your order to you by the fastest method possible.
Kanoodle does not ship outside of Australia and its Territories. We do not offer a pick-up service from any location and all orders must be shipped.
